Mandatory Pool Testing

Students coming to campus may supplement their mandatory weekly pool test with test results they have received off campus. Please note that Antigen (rapid) testing is not accepted. This is ideal for our Student Teachers and Graduate Students. Results should be those received within the prior 7 days. Please submit no later than 11:00pm for the prior week:

Students who have tested positive within the past 90 days are exempt from the 7-day quarantine prior to their return to campus and from weekly pool testing until their 90 days are over. Please submit positive results using this form:

Forms for Return to Campus:

Before returning to campus for the spring 2021 semester at Buffalo State College, any student who will (1) live on campus, or (2) take at least one class on campus, or (3) utilize services on campus (e.g. library, gym, dining), or (4) work on campus, must: 

Present evidence of a negative PCR COVID-19 test* taken within three (3) days prior to return

Participate in on-campus COVID-19 testing as soon as possible but no later than five (5) days of returning to campus

Pool Testing Information


Present documentation of a positive diagnostic result for COVID-19 from the prior 3-month period (i.e. November 1, 2020, to January 30, 2021)
